How To Share Whatsapp Live Location On Android and iOS

Emulating her social sister facebook messenger, the facebook owned massaging app, whatsapp has added another new feature that let's you share your current location already existing in messenger.   The add on will allow the users to share live locations to keep on track with their chatments. The sharing is available in 3tiers, 15minutes, 1hour, 8hours and it's upon user to choose the time interval that suit them. Just like any other whatsapp messages, the feature is also end to end user encrypted.    On Android *Open the whatsapp tab *press on the chat tab *select any user *select the attachment tab *select location  *make sure you location is enabled in settings. On iOS *Open the whatsapp app *open chats *select any contact of your choice *press the ➕ button in the left upper corner *select the location and enjoy asap.

Bikwase Kyagulanyi App

Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu most known by his stage name as Bobi Wine. He became to political limelight after tussling  Sitenda Ssebalamu, Apollo Kantinti and Muwada nkunyinji and won the election with a higher percentage. The facebook owned social app has reached the milestone of 1 billion daily users and we believe different add on made to Whatsapp like, the  support to share all files,  pin chat, video calling and among others are  keeping people glued to app.   According to the statistics, Whatsapp has 1.3billion monthly users, with 1 billion users   who share 55 billion messages, 4.5 billion photos and 1billion videos everyday. It's almost every day passes by, facebook adds a handy of features to it's app. In a row facebook has added the GIF comment feature and the profile picture protection support to it's platform. Facebook understands the necessity of being connected that's why it's unveiling the "Find Wi- Fi " feature for users. The feature has been under test for  quite a month of Sundays since last year in a select countries for iOS users. Find Wi-Fi is now available globally for everyone across Android and iOS users.  The feature (find wi-fi) is intended to allow users to locate hotspots near them shared by businesses with facebook on their page. Facebook Is Rolling Out Profile Picture Protection

Facebook takes your privacy too serious that's why it's rolling out different security measures to it's users to avoid manipulation of their privacy. In some cases you find strangers tagging your photos, with this new feature, it will disable downloading, tagging, sharing, sending photos in messages  and capturing (screenshots on Android) of profile pictures. We hope to see this support eradicating use of photos not owned both on facebook and on other chatting networks as it is on some dating sites, some malicious people use third party photos to defraud others. Facebook has added the long awaited GIF feature to the comment tab. The feature is available globally across all platforms and devices supporting GIF. The  GIF enthusiasts now can be able to comment using GIF. The feature also allows to search and comment with your GIF on the status of a friend or a page. The GIF support is on the same line next to emoji. Facebook reached this mile stone when GIF was celebrating it's 30th anniversary. The GIF has Giphy studio's prominent faces around the internet, wishing GIFs like  birthday wishes and among others. Facebook To Launch TV Shows

After the success story of facebook live tv  streaming, the giant social media continues to position it's self as a one stop hub for entertainment and news online. The romours of facebook tv started spreading since December last year, now it's high time it became a reality. Facebook tv show is anticipated in June of this year. According to sources, the giant company will roll out the service on premium basis. The shows will be in two tiers, the shorter ones for low costs and the longer ones for higher budget. The shorter shows are expected to run at an interval of 5-10 minutes and refresh every 24 hours and the long ones between 5-30 minutes. Facebook want to fill the service with episodic contents and it's major target is to reserve billions of dollars spent on television advertisements.

Instagram is extending it's services to emerging market and users of low bandwidth connection especially in Third World countries. Facebook's Messenger Is Now Available In 132 Countries

  Facebook has finally announced the new messenger lite globally just like facebook Lite to target users with low bandwidth connectivity especially in Africa and other developing countries where internet is unaffordable. The service has been available before in countries like Tunisia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kenya and Venezuela and now expanded to 132 new countries.   The Facebook's Lite version approach is giving it an advantage over it's rivals, being more user friendly than other versions giving it an upper hand to add more daily users than any other social media like twitter and snapchat. Instagram Offline For Android

  As a way of targeting users with low bandwidth connectivity, Instagram has finally got a new offline feature in the beta version of the instagram app for Android that that let's you engage with content with out connection.   During a conference of instagram at the Facebook F8, Hendri demonstrated how the new offline will work. The users will be in position to browse images, visit profiles, like photos, comment on videos and photos and save media when you are offline and these will be updated once you are connected.   Hope this is a great innovation by instagram and the feature will suit users with limited data packages who are fans of instagram.

Facebook To Start GIF Button For Comments

According to sources (TechCrunch), facebook is about to add the GIF button feature on it social platform. The top social media has already started testing the GIF support.  The target of of facebook will allow users to to comment using GIF animation. The spokesperson of facebook stressed this in an email sent to TechCrunch.     Everyone loves a good GIF and we know that people want to be able to use them in comments. So we’re about to start testing the ability to add GIFs to comments and we’ll share more when we can, but for now we repeat that this is just a test.   F acebook will test this feature with small group of people before rolling out to all users. Borrowing a leaf from Messenger, the GIF support will allow to search and comment using their  desired GIFs. The report said it will work similarly on Facebook.
